Performance
The 2025 RAM 1500's main powertrain is a 305-horsepower, 3.6-liter V6 engine. Two other powertrains are available with select higher trim levels: a 420-horsepower, turbo 3.0-liter, six-cylinder unit and a 540-horsepower, high-output version of this engine.
Two engines are available for the 2025 RAM 2500. The base-level engine is a Hemi V8, 6.4-liter system that generates 405 horsepower. The standard engine on the Power Wagon and the Mega Cab versions is a turbo-diesel 6.7-liter, inline-six, 430-horsepower unit.
Appearance
The 2025 RAM 1500 has enviable styling that expresses strength. Its tall cabin combines with sculpted sides and thick molding from front to rear. The nose is subtly tapered and shows off a powerful swell. The RAM logo runs across the huge grille, and rectangular LED headlamps accompany the grille.
The 2025 RAM 2500 has smoother contouring on the sides and a larger swell across the hood. Its nose is taller than the RAM 1500's and has distinctive elements. Its grille displays stacked, linear elements. The stretched LED headlights show off three bulbs and an upper LED line. A detached light element sits below. Flanking the bumper, the fog lights are mounted in rectangular ports.
Features
