What's New for the 2025 Jeep Wrangler?
When it comes to off-road-ready SUVs, the Jeep Wrangler sets the pace. This bold model stands out on the road with its recognizable, boxy shape and has developed a strong following over many decades. In 2025, the Wrangler will benefit from a few improvements.
One of these updates is the elimination of the Rubicon 392 trim, which featured a V8 powertrain. The Rubicon 392 Final Edition, however, remains. For all trim levels, power door locks and windows are standard. In addition, a new paint color is added to the options. This olive-like hue is named '41.
The 2025 Wrangler continues to be available with two-door and four-door body styles and can accommodate four or five passengers. The model offers removable doors and a removable windshield. Several hard and soft roof options are also available, and they can all be removed. Overall, the look is brought to life by a tall, flat nose with molded bumpers and a column-style grille. The LED-outlined, circular headlights are embedded in the grille. The sides are tall and smooth with boldly flared fenders. Some trims have skid plates, tow hooks, alloy wheels, fog lights, and other features.
The 2025 model year trim levels are the Sport, Sport S, Rubicon, Sahara, Altitude, and Rubicon Final Edition. The entry-level trim has a 285-horsepower, 3.6-liter V6 engine with your choice of a manual or auto transmission. The turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine generates 270 horsepower and features an auto transmission. A plug-in hybrid trim level is also available, delivering 375 horsepower. Most trims have part-time four-wheel drive paired with low-range gearing. However, full-time four-wheel drive is offered as an upgrade.
The available features vary by trim. Possible options include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 12.3-inch touch display screen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, adaptive cruise control, forward collision alert, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, leather upholstery, an Alpine sound system, an integrated navigation system, and additional features.
